We'll need some basic information from you, including your name, phone number, email, site address, along with specifications for your desired fence type and any relevant site conditions.

Once we receive your details, our field team will promptly schedule a complimentary site visit with you. Following the visit, our estimator will send you an email containing the estimate. Please note that depending on the complexity of the fence type, it may take a few days to finalize the pricing.

Start by evaluating your budget, desired level of privacy, aesthetic preferences, and maintenance needs. If you're uncertain about which type would best suit your requirements, our experienced field estimators are available to provide tailored recommendations.

To ensure compliance with NYC planning regulations, it's important to be mindful of the maximum height allowances for fences. Typically, within residence districts, fences constructed along the front lot line should not exceed four feet above ground level. Alongside or at the rear lot lines, the maximum height permitted is six feet. Additionally, it's worth noting that in certain instances, with neighbor permission, a fence height of up to eight feet may be allowed in the backyard. It's essential to verify these regulations to avoid any potential compliance issues.

Once you've paid your deposit and signed the contract, scheduling your fence installation will depend on the availability of materials. Once our supplier confirms the delivery date, we'll work with you to coordinate the best installation date.

Our installation team typically arrives between 9-10AM for projects that require a full day's work. If there's a unique schedule for your project, our office assistant will coordinate with you beforehand. Additionally, our installers will give you a call when they're on their way to your location. We strive to maintain punctuality and transparency throughout the process.

The duration of the installation process varies based on factors such as the size and type of fence. Generally, most residential projects are completed within 1-3 days.

Certainly, we can handle the removal of your old fence. When we initially discuss your project, please let us know if there's a need for fence removal. We'll ensure to include this in the pricing to provide you with a comprehensive estimate.

It's advisable for either the homeowner or their representative to be present when our crew arrives for the installation. This ensures that the fence layout is accurate and meets your expectations. Additionally, we recommend that you're available when the job is complete to conduct a final walkthrough of the fence line and to settle any remaining balance.

The cost of a residential fence is influenced by the material type, fence length and height, additional features like gates or decorative elements, terrain complexity, permits, and labor costs.

We offer multiple payment methods including Zelle, credit card, check, ACH, and PayPal for both deposits and final payments. If you have any questions regarding payment, feel free to reach out to our office.

Payment is required in two stages:

1. Before commencing the project, we request a 50% deposit.
2. Upon completion, the remaining balance is due immediately.

For cash or check payments, you can provide payment to the installer before they leave the site. If paying by card, you can call our office to provide payment details.
